Return Policy for IndiHandmades E-Commerce Portal
All purchases made through the IndiHandmades e-commerce portal can be returned by customers within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product. Returns will be accepted only upon receipt of a written request at help.indihandmades@gmail.com. The request for a return will be considered under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
a) If the product has manufacturing defects.
b) If an incorrect size, color, or design is delivered.
c) If there is a significant difference between the product photo displayed on the website and the actual product received.
d) If the wrong product is delivered or delivery is made to an incorrect address.
e) If an ordered item is out of stock, the customer will be informed via email or phone. Should the customer choose not to wait for the item to restock, the full payment amount will be refunded.
General Guidelines for Returns:
The returned product must have the original item name, brand, article number, and intact MRP tag.
Handcrafted items must remain unused, unwashed, and free from any stains or marks.
The product should be undamaged, with no scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
All disputes related to e-commerce transactions will fall under the jurisdiction of Nagpur, India.
If a returned item fails to meet the above-mentioned conditions, it will not be accepted. Such items will be sent back to the customer at their expense, and no refunds will be processed. In cases where IndiHandmades is unable to provide a replacement, a refund will be issued.
Packaging and Refunds:
When returning an item, customers must ensure it is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. For self-shipped returns, customers should use a reliable courier service. Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item has been safely received at IndiHandmades’ warehouse.
