Indihandmades offers a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, or if you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the guidelines below.
Please note that many of our products are handmade, so minor variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and not considered defects.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All labels, tags, and accessories must be intact.
  • You must provide a valid Order ID or invoice.
  • A full unboxing video from start to end is mandatory for damaged/defective claims.

Not eligible:

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.
  • Items bought during sale/clearance (unless damaged on arrival).
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, Indihandmades will offer replacement, exchange, or store credit.

To process the request, you must share:

  • A complete unboxing video (no cuts or edits)
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Order details

Once verified, we will approve the replacement or exchange at no extra cost.

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You may exchange with any product of equal or higher value.
  • If the new product is higher in price, the customer must pay the difference.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Return Process – Step-by-Step

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

  2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and required photos/video.
  3. Our team will review and approve the return if eligible.
  4. A pickup will be arranged, or you will be guided for safe return shipping.

Refund Process & Timelines

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and verified.

Refund option:

  • Bank Transfer / UPI Refund – 5 to 7 business days

Note:

  • Shipping charges and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
